Tips-2: How To Make Curd (Dhai)From Milk
For making 1kg curd, 1.25 litres milk should be needed.Boil the milk up to first boiling, then add sugar 200gm in the milk and mixed well. Allow the mix for second boiling. After second boiling the milk is allowed for cooling not less than 40 degree C.Then 10% culture (e.g. curd, lemon,vinegar etc) should be mixed with milk .Then put the mix in an oven or any place where maintains 35-40 degree C. After 8 hours it is placed in a refrigerator. Then it is ready for serve.
